Schedule, I know we have a lot of new tds who are doing really well at filling the calendar but you can't just go in and start setting we follow a schedule and some tds have times they do every day, these are set times that are theirs.  I'm going to try and out line these times to help ppl so that no one is setting at another person's time.  This is also the reason I send globals out with what is left.  If there is a time that is good for you that is not take just let us know and we fill it in with your name, thanks for all you do Sadie
